1898 Letter from Amelia Robinson to 5th Countess of Harewood

This letter, post marked November 25, 1898 is one of several letters from Bertie’s mother, Amelia, to the 5th Countess of Harewood. The letters provide us with a fascinating record of social history. They give us an insight into the lives of Bertie’s family members back in St. Vincent, and record gifts of money and ‘goods’ that the Countess sent to Amelia.
