The Leeds Child Friendly Wishes were originally developed in 2012 when Queen Elizabeth II launched Child Friendly Leeds. They are based on what children and young people think would make Leeds the best city to live in and grow up in. The wishes were developed after asking over 80,000 children and young people in the city. There are 12 Wishes which are all about children feeling safe, enjoying life, and getting the most out of living in Leeds.
